Bundle to Bundle - Refund and Return Policy

Overview

Bundle to Bundle is a subscription-based rental service. Our Mini, Capsule, Essential and Endless membership plans allow you to rent designer children's clothing (sizes 0-7) on a monthly basis. This policy outlines the terms for returns, cancellations, and refunds.

Billing cycle: memberships are billed monthly. One billing cycle means one month.

Note on recent changes: the Replacement Value terms and the unreturned item deadline in this policy take effect on October 2, 2026. Before that date, the previous version of those terms applies.

Subscription Billing and Refunds

Monthly Billing

• Your subscription automatically renews on the same day each month
• You will be charged on your renewal date unless you cancel before then
• All subscription fees are non-refundable once charged

Refund Eligibility

• All Subscriptions: Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, including your first month
• Unused Time: We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in your billing cycle

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
• You will retain access to your membership benefits until the end of your paid period
• All rented items must be returned before cancellation is complete

Returns and Exchanges

Standard Returns

• All items must be returned by the last day of your billing cycle
• Items should be returned in the prepaid return bag provided
• Late returns may result in additional fees (see Late Return Fees below)
• You are responsible for returning items even if you cancel your subscription

How to Return

1. Place all items in the prepaid return bag provided with your bundle
2. Drop off at any USPS location or mailbox
3. Retain your tracking receipt until items are confirmed received
4. Returns typically process within 3-5 business days of receipt at our facility

Exchange Policy

• As a rental service, items are exchanged automatically with each new monthly cycle
• If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt
• We will arrange for a replacement item at no additional charge
• Exchanges for fit or style preferences can be made in your next monthly selection

Damaged, Lost, or Unreturned Items

Replacement Value means the retail price of the item as listed by Bundle to Bundle. Each item's retail price is shown on its product page.

Normal Wear and Tear

• We expect normal wear and tear on items and do not charge for minor signs of use
• This includes light pilling, minor fading, or small pulled threads, small stains, grass stains, food stains. 

Damage Fees

You will be charged for damage beyond normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:

• Large stains (like bleach, sharpie, paint, etc) that cannot be removed
• Rips, tears, or holes
• Missing buttons, zippers, or other hardware that cannot be replaced
• Strong odors (smoke, pet, etc.) that cannot be removed

Damage fees are assessed based on the extent of damage:

• Irreparable damage, meaning the item cannot be cleaned, repaired, or rented again: Replacement Value

Lost or Unreturned Items

• If you keep your items past the end of your billing cycle, your membership renews and you are charged for the next billing cycle as normal. There is no late fee.
• If a bundle is returned with items missing, you will be charged the Replacement Value of each missing item.
• If items are not returned within 90 days of the end of the billing cycle in which they were due, you will be charged the Replacement Value of each unreturned item. This applies whether or not you have cancelled your membership.
• If you believe an item was lost in transit, contact us immediately with your tracking information

Disputes

• You have 5 business days from the date of a damage or loss charge to dispute it
• Please contact customer service with photos or documentation supporting your dispute
• We will review all disputes on a case-by-case basis

Late Return Fees

• We do not charge late fees. If you keep your bundle past the end of your billing cycle, your membership renews and you are charged for the next cycle.
• If a bundle is returned incomplete, you will be charged the Replacement Value of each missing item.
• If items are not returned within 90 days of the end of the billing cycle in which they were due, you will be charged the Replacement Value of each unreturned item, whether or not you have cancelled your membership.

These charges are automatically applied to the payment method you have on file.

Pausing Your Subscription

• You may pause your subscription for up to 2 billing cycles per year
• All items must be returned before your subscription can be paused
• Paused subscriptions do not incur monthly charges
• You may resume your subscription at any time during the pause period

Special Circumstances

Incorrect or Defective Items

• If you receive an incorrect size, wrong item, or defective item, contact us within 48 hours
• We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no charge
• This does not count against your monthly return

Shipping Issues

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier
• If your bundle does not arrive, contact us within 5 days of your expected delivery date
• We will work with you to locate your package or send a replacement

Account Issues

• If there is an error in billing, contact us within 30 days of the charge
• We will investigate and issue refunds for verified billing errors
• Payment processing errors are handled on a case-by-case basis

Policy Updates

Bundle to Bundle reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
