What is Bundle to Bundle? +
Bundle to Bundle is a children's clothing rental subscription service for ages 0 to 7. Instead of buying clothes your child will outgrow in weeks, you rent high-quality pieces, wear them, and swap for the next size whenever you're ready. Plans start at $50/month for 5 items, and shipping is always free both ways.
How does children's clothing rental work? +
It's simple: choose a plan (5, 10, 15, or 20 items per month), browse our collection and pick the pieces you love, and we ship them to your door for free. Your child wears them as long as you'd like. When you're ready for new styles or the next size up, send everything back in the prepaid garment bag and pick your next bundle. You can swap anytime. No waiting until the end of the month.
Can I choose my own items or are they curated for me? +
You choose! Browse our full collection and pick the exact pieces you want in your bundle. We believe parents know their child's style best, so you're always in control of what shows up at your door.
How long does it take to receive my first bundle? +
Your first bundle typically ships within 1 to 3 business days after you place your order. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your bundle is on its way.
Is kids clothing rental worth it? +

What is included in each plan? +
We offer four plans: The Mini Closet ($50/month) includes 5 items. The Capsule Closet ($80/month) includes 10 items. The Essential Closet ($105/month) includes 15 items. The Endless Closet ($120/month) includes 20 items. All plans include free shipping both ways, free swaps anytime, and access to our full collection of premium children's clothing.
When does my subscription start? +
Your subscription starts the day you place your first order. You'll pick your items right away and we'll ship your bundle within 1 to 3 business days. Your monthly billing cycle begins on your sign-up date and renews on the same date each month.
How will I be billed each payment cycle? +
You'll be billed automatically on the same date each month using the payment method on file. For example, if you sign up on March 10, your next charge will be April 10. You can update your payment method anytime through your account.
How do I pause or cancel my membership? +
You can pause or cancel your membership anytime. No fees, no hassle. Simply log into your account and manage your subscription settings, or email us and we'll take care of it. If you pause, your plan will be waiting for you when you're ready to come back.
How do I update my payment method? +
Log into your account and go to your membership settings. From there you can update your credit card or payment method at any time. If you need help, our team is always happy to assist.
Can I buy a piece from my bundle? +
Yes! If your child has a favorite piece they can't part with, we'd love to help. Email us at info@bundletobundle.com and we'll send you an invoice with the discounted retail price. Once purchased, the item is yours to keep. We're also working on adding a purchase option directly to your account dashboard soon.
Do you offer gift cards? +
Yes! Bundle to Bundle gift cards make the perfect gift for baby showers, birthdays, and holidays. You can purchase a gift card through our website and the recipient can apply it toward any subscription plan.
How can I put Bundle to Bundle on my registry? +
You can add a Bundle to Bundle gift card or subscription to most popular baby registries (Babylist, Amazon, etc.). Just link to our gift card page or subscription plans page. It's one of the most practical and sustainable registry gifts a new parent can receive.
What brands does Bundle to Bundle carry? +
We carry a curated selection of premium and sustainable children's clothing brands. Our collection includes high-quality pieces that are built to last through multiple families, from organic cotton basics to designer prints. We're always adding new brands and styles. Shipping & Returns
Do you charge for shipping? +
Nope! Shipping is completely free, both ways. When it's time to return your bundle, just use the prepaid shipping label and garment bag we include with every order. No hidden fees, ever.
How do I return my bundle? +
Returning is easy: place all items back in the reusable garment bag that came with your bundle, attach the prepaid return label, and drop it off at any USPS location or schedule a pickup. That's it. We handle the rest.
Can I return items early or late? +
Yes! There's no strict return deadline. Swap your bundle whenever you're ready, whether that's two weeks in or at the end of the month. We designed the service to be flexible for real life with kids.
I lost my return label or garment bag. What do I do? +
Your prepaid return shipping label was emailed to you when your bundle shipped. If you can't find the email, you can also access it through your account dashboard. If you've misplaced your garment bag, no need to worry. You can send your items back in any box or bag you have at home using the same shipping label.
How do I track my order? +
You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your bundle ships. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account.
Do you ship internationally? +
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We're exploring international shipping options and hope to expand soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we do.
What if my package is lost or delayed in transit? +
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, email us right away. We'll work with the carrier to locate it and, if necessary, send a replacement bundle at no extra cost.
What if I received the wrong or missing item? +
Mistakes happen and we'll make it right. Email us immediately and we'll ship the correct or missing items to you as quickly as possible at no charge.
Will holiday shipping schedules affect me? +
During peak holiday periods, shipping carriers may experience slight delays. We recommend swapping your bundle a few days earlier than usual around major holidays. We'll always communicate any expected delays in advance.
Clothing Care & Safety
Is renting baby clothes sanitary and safe? +
Absolutely. Every item is professionally cleaned using high-efficiency commercial washers with hypoallergenic, baby-safe detergent. We thoroughly inspect each piece for quality, stains, and wear before it goes to the next family. Our cleaning process is gentle enough for sensitive newborn skin but thorough enough to meet the highest hygiene standards.
How are the clothes cleaned? +
Every item is professionally laundered using high-efficiency commercial washers with hypoallergenic, baby-safe detergent that's free of harsh chemicals and fragrances. Items are then thoroughly inspected for quality before being steamed, folded, and prepared for the next family. We take cleanliness seriously. Your child's health and comfort come first.
What happens if I lose or damage an item? +
We understand that kids are kids. Small stains, minor pilling, and normal wear and tear are expected and completely fine. However, items that are heavily stained beyond cleaning, torn, missing buttons or zippers, or have permanent damage like paint, bleach, or marker may be subject to a small replacement fee. We evaluate everything on a case-by-case basis and always try to be fair. If you're ever unsure, email us and we'll help you figure it out.
What happens if an item arrives damaged? +
Every item is inspected before it ships, but if something slips through, email us right away. We'll replace the item or credit your account immediately. That's on us, not you.
My child wants to rewear their outfits. How should I treat stains at home? +
We recommend treating stains as soon as possible with a gentle, baby-safe stain remover. Blot (don't rub) the stain, rinse with cold water, and wash according to the garment's care label. For tougher stains, a baking soda paste can work wonders. Don't worry about getting everything perfect. Our professional cleaning process handles most stains when items are returned. Swaps & Sizing
How many swaps are included in my bundle? +
You can swap your bundle anytime. There's no limit on when or how often you can swap each month. Had a mid-month growth spurt? No problem. Send your current bundle back and pick new items right away. The flexibility is built into every plan.
How do I request a swap? +
When you're ready to swap, simply log into your account and return your current items using the prepaid shipping label. As soon as your return tracking shows the package is on its way, you can log into your customer portal and start selecting your next bundle right away. No need to wait for us to receive your return first.
What sizes do you offer? +
We offer children's clothing in sizes for ages 0 through 7 years old, covering newborn through size 7/8. This includes preemie and newborn sizes all the way up through early elementary school. Check our interactive size chart for detailed measurements.
My baby outgrew the bundle. Can I change sizes mid-cycle? +
Absolutely! This is one of our best features! You can swap your bundle anytime, not just at the end of the month. If your little one has a growth spurt at week two, send back what you have and pick the next size up right away. No extra fees, no waiting. Real flexibility for real life with growing kids.
Sustainability
How does renting kids clothes help the environment? +
The fashion industry is one of the largest polluters globally, and children's clothing is especially wasteful. Kids outgrow clothes before they wear them out. Every garment produced uses approximately 190 gallons of water and generates 6.6 lbs of CO₂. By renting instead of buying, you're extending the life of each garment by sharing it across multiple families, dramatically reducing water usage, carbon emissions, and textile waste going to landfills. What happens to clothes that can no longer be rented? +
When items reach the end of their rental life, we're exploring several ways to give them a second life, from donating to local thrift stores, to offering gently-used pieces at a steep discount through our own online thrift shop. Our goal is zero waste. No piece of clothing should end up in a landfill if we can help it.
Can I donate clothes to Bundle to Bundle? +
We love that you want to keep clothes in circulation! While we currently source our own inventory, we're always evolving. Email us if you have high-quality children's clothing you'd like to donate, we may be able to work something out.
Is your packaging eco-friendly? +
Yes! Our garment bags are designed to be reused for returns, reducing single-use packaging waste. We're committed to minimizing our environmental footprint at every step of the process, from the clothes we source to the materials we ship them in.
