Membership & Account
Bundle to Bundle is a subscription-based baby clothing rental service that delivers curated outfits straight to your door, sized 0–7Y.
Instead of buying new pieces, you choose from our three flexible plans: Bronze (4 items), Silver (6 items), or Gold (12 items).
We handle the cleaning, styling, and shipping. It’s an eco-friendly, budget-smart way to keep your little one’s wardrobe fresh as they grow, with zero commitment to purchase unless you fall in love and buy a piece outright.
With Bundle to Bundle, you get access to a curated closet of premium, sustainably sourced baby clothes (sizes 0–7Y)—all professionally laundered and quality-inspected, delivered right to your door. Your plan includes:

This structure ensures you always have the right mix of styles, sizes, and convenience.
Your subscription starts as soon as you check out with your membership, so we recommend signing up when you’re ready to place your first order!
We’ll automatically charge your saved payment method on the renewal date for the upcoming cycle’s plan fee (plus any add-ons or purchases).
We offer flexible memberships where you can change tiers, pause, upgrade, or cancel anytime—adjust month to month as your little one grows.

Absolutely! If you fall in love with an item, simply select ‘Buy’ in your account. Since it’s pre-loved, we’ll charge you the discounted retail price.

Shipping & Returns
If you do not have a prepaid return label, head to your Order History and tap “Request Return Label.” You will see this option on your most recent order at home. The new label may take up to 10 minutes to receive in your email inbox.
If you no longer have a garment bag at home, please use your own packaging for your return.
Orders ship within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–5 business days via standard shipping.
Nope – We offer free standard shipping on all bundles. We do not offer the option to pay for overnight/expedited shipping. Members will never pay an additional shipping fee for membership orders.
All Membership Plans: Return your full bundle by the end of each payment cycle, individual pieces can’t be sent back early.
If an item isn’t returned, we’ll simply charge you its retail price—no extra late fees.
Want fresh styles sooner? Ship the entire bundle back early, and we’ll kick off your next payment cycle right away. Craving extra variety? Add one more slot to your next bundle for $19.99.
Snap a photo and email our support team within 24 hours. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost. Send the damaged item back with your next bundle.

As soon as your bundle ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number and a link. You can also log into your account and click Orders → View Details to see real-time status updates.
Every shipment includes a prepaid return label and a reusable shipping bag. Simply place all garments back into the bag, seal it, stick on the label, and drop off at the carrier shown (UPS/USPS/FedEx). No box needed!
First, check your tracking link. If there’s no update after 5 business days, shoot us a note at info@bundletobundle.com with your order number. We’ll open an investigation with the carrier and, if necessary, send a replacement bundle right away at no extra cost.
Email us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll ship the correct or missing piece right away, free of charge, ship the wrong item back with your bundle.
During peak seasons (late Nov–Dec), carriers can take an extra 1–2 business days. We recommend placing swaps or returns at least one week before major holidays. We’ll also send you any delay alerts so you can plan your next bundle with confidence.
We get it — life with little ones is unpredictable. Normal wear & tear (like light fading, small snags, or the occasional baby stain) is always covered.
If an item is lost or damaged beyond repair — for example, large rips, permanent stains (paint, dye, nail polish), burn marks, or intentional alterations — you may be charged a replacement fee.
Every item is professionally cleaned and sanitized before it’s sent out again. We use eco-friendly, hypoallergenic detergents that are safe for babies’ sensitive skin, and our process includes stain treatment, gentle washing, and high-heat steaming for freshness and sanitation.
That means you’ll always receive clothes that are soft, safe, and ready-to-wear straight out of the bag — no extra washing required on your end.
Swaps & Sizing
Each Bundle is designed for one full payment cycle. That means swaps aren’t included during the cycle — but if your little one has a growth spurt or you’d like something new sooner, you’re welcome to return early and start a fresh cycle by renewing your plan.
This way, you stay in control — keep the clothes as long as you’d like within your cycle, or send them back early if you’re ready for your next Bundle.
First, you have to return your unpurchased items to us. As soon as USPS scans your return, you’ll receive a notification and an Unlock My Bundle Now button will appear on all product pages, as well as a link within My Bundle.
If you choose the Unlock Now option, you will be asked to confirm early payment of the subscription fee before we unlock your Bundle. Once you do, your card on file will immediately be charged and your Bundle will instantly unlock.
That day becomes your new billing date and you can fill your Bundle right away.

Absolutely! Return your full bundle early to start a new cycle immediately in the correct size.
