Yes. We only use hypoallergenic, dermatologist-approved detergents and a gentle cycle designed for delicate fabrics. This means no harsh residues — just soft, clean clothing that’s safe for even the most sensitive baby skin.

Babies are messy — and we expect it! Normal wear & tear like spit-up, food spills, diaper blowouts, or light fading is always covered. We use safe, enzyme-based treatments and eco-friendly detergents to gently lift stains, then professionally clean and steam every item so it comes back fresh and ready for its next family.

Day-to-day baby messes are included, but overt damage isn’t. Examples of what we don’t cover include:

• Large rips or tears
• Permanent stains (paint, markers, nail polish, dye transfer, etc.)
• Burn marks or intentional alterations (cutting, resizing, etc.)

In those rare cases, we may charge a replacement fee. But rest assured — typical baby mess is part of the journey and never billed.
